  • How many guests can you accommodate?
    We have seating and serving for 225 people with the use of the porch area. The porch area is not heated for winter events. The inside seating area is limited to approx 75 people.
  • Is the inn handicap accessible?
    Entry can be made by way of the rear of the building with one 6 inch step to maneuver. Access will be available to the banquet hall, enclosed porch, sitting room, restrooms, kitchen and serving room. The overnight guest rooms however are all on the second floor and are not accessible.
  • What do you have available for tables & chairs?
    There are 22 six foot rectangular tables, 6 eight foot rectangular tables, 6 five foot round tables, 2 four foot round tables and a variety of other small square tables available.
  • Do you have dishes / tableware available?
    ​Yes! We have dinner plates, dessert plates, silverware and wine glasses to accommodate 225 guests. We also have a wide variety of cookware, serving trays, serving utensils, hot and cold beverage dispensers, ice tubs, coffee makers and other necessities. ​​
  • Do you have table linens available?
    ​Yes, linens are available upon request.
  • Can I come the day before to setup for my event?
    ​​We want to make sure you have all the time you need and that you're not feeling rushed during your special event. When we establish your contract we will work directly with you to help you determine how much time you'll need - including time for set up and clean up. Please note that we host multiple events throughout the week, and will likely have other contracts that are directly before or after your event. We can not guarantee the availability of any dates/hours outside those established in your contract.
  • Can I drive across the bridge to load/unload items?
    The bridges are for foot / cart traffic only and are not intended to support vehicles. There is access to the back yard area weather permitting. (Excessive rain / snow can prevent driving access.) ​
  • Are electrical outlets available outside?
    ​​The pavilion is lighted and has multiple outlets available. Extension cords can be run from the pavilion to power other areas as needed.
  • Do you offer set up / clean up services.​
    ​Yes. We offer a variety of set up/tear down options that can be customized to fit your personal needs.
  • Do you offer tent rentals?
    ​We do not have tents available for rent, but we will gladly get you in touch with local businesses that provide this service. Please see our vendors page for more information.
  • Do you rent tables/chairs for offsite use?
    ​We do not have tents available for rent, but we will gladly get you in touch with local businesses that provide this service. Please see our vendors page for more information.
  • Do you allow pets?
    For liability reasons we cannot allow pets on the grounds or in the building. Service animals only are permitted.
